Aire Park tops out on The Keystone

The flexible workspace provider has opened its 20,000 sq ft site at White Rose Park and is also taking 8,000 sq ft in St Albions, due to open in September.

The Heart of the City development has bagged another professional services relocation, with one of the city’s largest law firms taking 14,855 sq ft over two floors.

Lambert Smith Hampton and Colloco have been appointed as letting agents on the city’s £66m mixed-use development, including 28,000 sq ft of grade A workspace. 

The built environment is a major contributor to global carbon emissions, and refurbishing and retrofitting existing structures is crucial to achieving net zero targets. This roundtable, convened by DeSimone Consulting Engineering, brought together developers, architects, and real estate experts to discuss the pros and cons of breathing new life into a building. 

The firm will oversee the 565,000 sq ft campus in Leeds, comprising nine buildings ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 250,000 sq ft. 

As well as the combined £6m sales, the real estate company has been appointed on the sale of 2 Brewery Wharf in Leeds. 

Owner DTZ Investors is asking £10.1m for the grade two-listed leisure and office establishment in Millenium Square.

The consultancy will create the masterplan for the new district, which will double the size of the city centre. 

The widespread adoption of hybrid working has sparked a rise in the requirement for flexible workspace in secondary towns and cities, according to Paul Rowe, senior account executive at Yardi.
