A66 dualling scheme secures funding

The South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority has agreed to release the money to Sheffield City Council, which is leading the project with Sheffield Theatres.

Almost a year after a previous sale of the property fell through, the grade two*-listed Jacobean country house is curently being auctioned by BTG Eddisons on behalf of Wakefield Council. 

The 112,000 sq ft property, branded SkyRise 112, is located at Shawcross Business Park, close to Junction 40 of the M1 and Junction 28 of the M62, outside Leeds and Wakefield.
