2-Work doubles down in Leeds
The flexible workspace provider has opened its 20,000 sq ft site at White Rose Park and is also taking 8,000 sq ft in St Albions, due to open in September.
2-Work now has four sites across Leeds, as well as a location at Tileyard North in Wakefield.
The space at ABC Building in White Rose opened earlier this month and now has 30% occupancy, with access to the White Rose Shopping Centre, as well as a running club, yoga classes, and outdoor training parks.
Tenants also have access to a gym, café, nursery, and a much-delayed rail station.
At St Albions, the site is being fit-out and will offer a boutique-style workspace in the city centre.
Gal Leslie, director at 2-Work, said: “We’ve always believed in creating spaces that help businesses thrive.
“With demand growing and businesses rethinking what they want from a workspace, now felt like the right time to invest further in Leeds.”
