Bruntwood SciTech reports £163m loss amid market revaluation 

MEPC has submitted plans for the next phase of its grade A office development in Leeds, in the form of a 300,000 sq ft, eleven-storey block. 

Alvarez & Marsal has taken a 10-year lease on 6,500 sq ft of space in the building, occupying the entire sixth floor. 

Sweetfields will comprise more than 1,350 BTR homes and 160,000 sq ft of grade A office space, set around a public square. 

Ekistics Property Advisors has bought the 76,500 sq ft, nine-storey grade A office building located next to the Heart of the City development.

The Yorkshire-based design company has been appointed as the build and fit-out partner for 6,500 sq ft of space at No3 South Brook Street. 

The architect firm is looking to expand and has chosen Urban Splash’s grade two-listed regeneration project as its Yorkshire base. 

ADE UK will take 17,000 sq ft at Switch, the office space within the grade two-listed city centre building, on a 15-year lease at £32/sq ft.
