Carter Towler to manage White Rose Park
The firm will oversee the 565,000 sq ft campus in Leeds, comprising nine buildings ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 250,000 sq ft.
Located next to the White Rose Shopping Centre, it is now the largest asset under Carter Towler management and serves business and education occupiers.
Services provided will include managing tenant relations, rent collection, service charge management, contractor supervision, energy and insurance procurement, and health and safety compliance.
Owned by Munroe K Luxembourg, prominent occupiers at the park include Capita, NHS Shared Business Services, NG Bailey, Hisense, NHS LCH, O2, and Samsung, along with higher educational colleges Broomfield SILC and Elliott Hudson.
