No3 Embankment completes refurb programme
Jones Hargreaves undertook the project management of the five-storey office in Leeds city centre on behalf of owner UKRO, working alongside RU Creative, Adapt Real Estate, and Time Limit Interiors.
The six-month refurbishment to the Sovereign Street building included a new reception, business lounge, and upgraded communal and workspace areas.
Located in Leeds’ South Bank district, the scheme now offers office suites ranging from 2,507 sq ft to 33,281 sq ft.
The completion comes as landlords across the UK continue to prioritise refurbishing existing office buildings over new development. According to Avison Young, refurbishment schemes now make up the majority of office development pipelines across the UK’s nine largest regional office markets, with refurbishment space increasing by 12% yr-on-yr as occupiers seek higher-quality, more sustainable workplaces.
