Pullans appoints two directors
The Leeds-based property developer has promoted Muhammad Bucksun to financial controller director, while Christophe Demoulin is now operations director.
Bucksun will oversee the financial management of the company’s 14 companies and Demoulin will take responsibility for operations across its property portfolio and developments.
Bucksun has been with J. Pullan & Sons for 13 years. His appointment to the Board will also allow finance director John Dawson to focus further on the company’s growing joint venture activity and wider investment opportunities.
Demoulin joined the company in 2016 from international contractor Skanska and has already played a leading role on several of the company’s major projects.
This includes securing planning consent for The Tower at Joseph’s Well, which is now progressing through the Gateway 2 process.
Pullans owns and manages a portfolio spanning commercial, residential and student accommodation assets. Its holdings include the Joseph’s Well multi-let office development in central Leeds and the 170-acre Howley Park Estate in Morley.
The company moved away from construction contracting in 2003 to focus on property investment and development. It is now looking to further develop its existing portfolio while pursuing new investment and joint venture opportunities across the UK.
