PASS is taking 7,650 sq ft at 2 Victoria Avenue following recent private equity investment and a period of growth.

Fox Lloyd Jones handled the letting on behalf of landlord High Point Estates. The building is managed by Sorkin Brown.

Availability in the building includes suites from 452 sq ft up to full floors extending to 5,470 sq ft.

Oliver Naylor, co-founder of PASS, said: “Having worked with Harry, Bethan and others across the Fox Lloyd Jones team, we were quickly able to evaluate the commercial aspects of the deal and gain a good understanding of how the space could work for us.”

Bethan Linehan, senior surveyor at Fox Lloyd Jones, said: “We’re pleased to have secured a successful outcome for High Point Estates, bringing a high-quality occupier into 2 Victoria Avenue.

“The letting demonstrates the continued demand for well-located office accommodation in Harrogate and the confidence that growing businesses have in the town as a place to invest, recruit and expand.”
