Duo of deals confirmed at 34 Boar Lane in Leeds
FTI Consulting and Black Cat Building Consultancy are the latest tenants to move into The Commons co-working space within the 57,000 sq ft building.
The Commons comprises 5,000 sq ft of office space. a boardroom, breakout areas, and event space on the first floor.
Knight Frank handles lettings for the building, which has been refurbished by owner and developer Kinrise.
Victoria Harris, associate with Knight Frank in Leeds, who are advising Kinrise, said: “The launch of The Commons, followed swiftly by these two deals underlines the on-going success of 34 Boar Lane and is another resounding endorsement of the major investment Kinrise has
made in the building.”
Laura Boyle of Kinrise explained: “The Commons is a space we’ve been committed to creating in Leeds since 2023, following the lease of our previous communal area.
