Keepmoat puts in for Bradford housing
The affordable housing provider has submitted plans for 168 homes on Poplars Park Road in Shipley.
The application relates to one phase of Canal Road Urban Village’s wider mixed-use scheme that has already secured outline planning permission, with the overall masterplan including housing, community facilities, retail, leisure, and supporting infrastructure.
As well as the housing, a new access will be created from Poplar Park Road.
The 28-acre site lies to the south of Shipley, which is around four kilometres north of Bradford.
Supported by Stantec, which acted as architect and Carter Jonas as planning consultant, the estate will be made up of two- to four-bedroom homes.
Landscaping was masterplanned by Rosetta.
