Keepmoat keeps its eye on Doncaster

Mirroring another recent story, the housebuilder has applied to the council to sound out a potential 200-home development on land at Ladycroft Road in Armthorpe.

Working with nineteen47, Keepmoat has applied to determine whether it needs an environmental impact assessment for the scheme to progress.

In the same week, Keepmoat has submitted an EIA screening request to City of Doncaster Council for a 285-home development on Grange Lane in Rossington.

This Armthorpe site measures 25 acres and comprises a single agricultural field.

It is bound by existing housing to the north, Tranmoor Wood to the west, and more fields to the east and south.
