Next steps for York North
Paloma Capital has acquired and rebranded the 28,500 sq ft Greenspace Self Storage facility as part of its redevelopment of the business park.
Formerly known as Green Park Business Centre, the site is nine miles from York city centre and close to the outer ring road and Clifton Moor.
Carter Towler and JLL Leeds are joint letting agents on the scheme, located on Goose Lane in Sutton-on-the-Forest.
Since acquiring the park in 2022, Paloma has completed a £1.25m refurbishment of a 12,500 sq ft unit with office space, as well as further investments into purpose-designed trade units.
The real estate investment company has also secured permission for four units totalling 34,000 sq ft, with design and build opportunities for facilities ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft.
Greenspace Self Storage will serve people and businesses with a range of self-storage units, from 20-255 sq ft.
