Former UPS warehouse brought to market in West Yorkshire
The 112,000 sq ft property, branded SkyRise 112, is located at Shawcross Business Park, close to Junction 40 of the M1 and Junction 28 of the M62, outside Leeds and Wakefield.
The warehouse was originally developed by Caddick for UPS and subsequently sold to Canada Life.
Knight Frank and Carter Towler have been instructed to market the former distribution unit, which is immediately available and set to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment.
The warehouse has a 15.5m eaves height, a service yard providing 360-degree HGV circulation and a dedicated one-acre concrete HGV park, as well as offices and 85 parking spaces.
