Mileway secures 61,000 sq ft letting at Parkway Business Park
Knight Frank & CPP were joint leasing agents on the deal with 4S Distribution, which is expanding into the Sheffield premises following new contract wins.

The facility provides eaves height of 10.8 metres, dual elevation loading with two separate yards, multiple loading doors, LED-lit and fully refurbished office space, and a separate staff entrance linking parking to reception and office facilities.
Externally, the secure, self-contained site offers two dedicated loading yards and generous parking provision.
