You asked for more room. We booked an arena.

It’s official – Place Party has outgrown the Kimpton Clocktower, its home for nearly 10 years. This year, the high-octane event is going bigger than ever before, with Manchester’s AO Arena set to host on 1 October.

Place Party is also getting a Northern focus, as we look to celebrate the built environment in the North West, Yorkshire, and North East.

Guests can expect the familiar high standard of entertainment with live music and a dancefloor alongside excellent food and drink.

The unique format of Place Party – no awards, no long speeches, no uptight dress code – allows guests to maximise networking time without stopping for formalities.

BTG Eddisons is the headline sponsor for Place Party 2026, which is also sponsored by GIA, Kuits, and Curtins.
