Consent secured for 182,000 sq ft Greenbox shed
Citivale is adding to its Thirsk development with another sustainability-focused unit at the 52-acre North Yorkshire site.
The permission comes hot on the heels of its success at the speculative Greenbox Darlington development.
Greenbox Thirsk already has full consent for a 365,000 sq ft unit, with a Section 106 agreement for another 272,500 sq ft nearing completion with North Yorkshire Council.
Altogether, the three-unit masterplan has outline consent for a total 820,000 sq ft.
Built around responsible ESG principles, every Greenbox development targets BREEAM ‘Excellent’, EPC ‘A’ and Net Zero in construction and operation. Regionally-based asset manager and developer Citivale is working with global investor Partners Group on the Greenbox projects.
Citivale has said delivery is capable within 12 months as infrastructure is already in place, including access and landscape planting.
Located four miles from the A1(M) and next to the A19, the development is also within 100 miles of Leeds, Manchester, Hull, and York.
