Bradford kicks off regen hopes with year in the spotlight

Vivly will build the 52 homes at Knowle Grange as phase two of its scheme in the village near Huddersfield. 

The developer sold 1,896 residential plots with a sales value of £71.7m in the fourth quarter, with Yorkshire sales accounting for 15%.

The grade two-listed, 11,000 sq ft Sheffield City Hall and the 38,000 sq ft Utilita Arena are now managed by ASM Global.

The 75,000 sq ft grade two-listed building will become a health tech innovation hub, with Leeds-based architect AHR leading the design team.
