Ben Bailey Homes expands South Yorkshire pipeline
The Barnsley-based developer has purchased 71 plots at Danum Glade in Doncaster and a further 42 plots at Woolley Colliery Road in Barnsley from MJ Gleeson.
Both sites benefit from detailed planning permission, with construction expected to launch in spring 2027.
The acquisitions have been funded by the St Bride’s White Rose Residential Partnership for an undisclosed sum, and form part of Ben Bailey Homes’ strategy to expand its presence across Yorkshire.
