Goodman steps up at AY
Jill Goodman has been promoted to principal level by global consultancy Avison Young, becoming director of lease advisory and office agency in the Leeds office.
The new four-strong UK cohort of principals, which also includes people in Manchester, Birmingham and London, is part of a group of 33 new principals worldwide, who will help guide the strategy of the North American-headquartered business – the firm now has 700 principals worldwide.

Goodman has worked for AY and its predecessor business GVA since 2013, prior to which she worked for JLL, having qualified while with King Sturge before the consultancy firms were merged.
