Arctic Corsair dredging works begin in Hull

Following its recent departure from Meadowhall shopping centre, the fashion brand is moving into a 5,200 sq ft unit on Pinstone Street in the Heart of the City development.

The building will now be known as 71 Northgate and turned into a series of flexible studio spaces for artists and small businesses, as part of Rushbond’s ongoing regeneration of the city’s Civic Quarter. 

Plans have been lodged with Calderdale Council to transform a storage facility into an 11,000 sq ft indoor padel centre with four courts.

The Paloma Capital-owned 400,000 sq ft industrial estate in Barnsley is now fully occupied following two lettings totalling 138,000 sq ft.

The luxury watch retailer is expanding its presence at Victoria Gate to 6,800 sq ft, underlining its confidence in Leeds, having chosen the city for its first UK store outside London in 2012.

The affordable housing association has lodged an application for 59 homes on three acres off Ardmore Street in the Darnall suburb of the city.
