Keepmoat secures three Yorkshire housing deals
The projects will deliver 279 homes across Halifax, Sheffield, and Bradford.
The Doncaster-based housebuilder said the projects represent an investment of more than £50m in the region, with 122 homes set to be delivered as affordable housing through partnerships with local authorities and housing providers.
The schemes include a new development off Brow Bottom Lane in Halifax, where Keepmoat has started construction after acquiring the land from Calderdale Council.
The 38-home scheme will include nine affordable properties and was made viable through a £1m funding grant from Homes England secured in 2025.
In Sheffield, Keepmoat is working through a regeneration partnership with Sheffield Housing Company to deliver 41 new homes at Shirecliffe. The scheme will transform a 2.9-acre site previously occupied by demolished properties.
The housebuilder has also unveiled plans to expand its New Bolton Woods development in Bradford, with two additional phases proposed to deliver more than 200 multi-tenure homes, subject to planning approval.
The Bradford expansion is being brought forward in partnership with Canal Road Urban Village and Bradford Council.
