Citivale appoints non-executive director
Jo Bond has joined the board of the York-based logistics developer and manager, with a remit to provide strategic focus for the company and its 5.1m sq ft of assets.
Bond joins from Lothbury Investment Management, which she co-founded in 2010, and brings more than 35 years of experience in the commercial property sector.
Prior to that, she was senior fund manager at KBC Asset Management, and has also worked for L&G and Gartmore.
Citivale has recently launched its sustainability-focused Greenbox logistics units in Darlington, measuring 400,000 sq ft across three units, and the 365,000 sq ft Thirsk site,
Bond said: “I have followed the progress of Citivale’s projects and their success in recent years, and I am very excited to be part of the team. I am looking forward to helping shape the future of their business as the company’s fast growth continues.”
