Rockliffe Hall snaps up Feversham Arms
The 33-bedroom boutique hotel and spa in Helmsley was put on the market back in March for £3.25m by administrators PKF Littlejohn Advisory.
Rockliffe has formed The Feversham Arms (2025) Ltd to manage the property, and used the Newcastle office of Womble Bond Dickinson to oversee the sale.
Colliers’ UK hotels agency team, led by Robert Smithson, handled the sale for the previous owner, alongside legal advisor Weightmans.
The transaction was finalised on 29 August. A final purchase price has not been disclosed.
Last year the hotel had a £3.4m turnover.
Rockliffe also operates the five-star Rockliffe Hall Resort on the County Durham/North Yorkshire border, as well as the Pheasant Hotel in Harome, North Yorkshire.
As well as the 33 bedrooms, Feversham has an outdoor pool and hot-tub, indoor spa facilities, restaurant, and bar area.
