Forge appointment as developer seeks Yorkshire sites
The Sheffield-based housebuilder has appointed Lindsay Salvin as head of land and development, with the mandate of acquiring sites across Yorkshire and the East Midlands.
Salvin previously worked as senior land and planning manager at Hallam Land Management, where she spent two years overseeing nationwide land acquisitions.
Prior to that, her career includes roles such as associate development director at Vistry Partnerships, head of development at Strategic Team Group, and assistant regeneration manager at Sheffield City Council.
Forge New Homes has recently broken ground on two residential developments, including its Olive Lane site at Waverley and Bolsover, East Midlands.
The company has also purchased seven acres in Beckingham, Nottinghamshire.
