Sika takes 280,000 sq ft at Sherburn42
The international construction materials company has taken Unit One, neatly equating to 42% of the eponymously named North Yorkshire industrial park.
Firethorn develops and manages Sherburn42 on behalf of owner Cain International, while Colliers and Carter Towler handle lettings at the estate.
Located close to the A1(M) and M62, and less than a 40-minute drive from Leeds, York, and Doncaster, the park is well connected to the North and is rated BREEAM Excellent.
Three units remain available at the park, ranging from 57,000 sq ft to 1990,000 sq ft.
