York-based estate agency opens its doors

Yorhouse will focus primarily on York and North Yorkshire residential property, and is set to collaborate with Helmsley Group on sales projects.

An evolution of Yorhouse lettings, the agency is planning to focus on personalised service and the needs of the York housing market.

Based in Monks Cross, the business will be led by Aleksandra Stallard, head of residential sales, who over the past 14 years has worked at Hunters Estate Agents and the Property Franchise Group.
