Tailors Corner fully let
Boultbee Brooks’ 25,000 sq ft grade A office in Leeds is now 100% occupied, with Roscoe Development and Steer Group completing the line-up of tenants.
Savills, Carter Tower, and Knight Frank acted for Boultbee Brooks, while Sanderson Weatherall represented Steer Group and Fox Lloyd Jones acted for Roscoe.
Steer Group has signed a five-year lease on 2,000 sq ft and Roscoe is taking 1,700 sq ft for a 10-year period.
The seven-storey building offers flexible floorplates, high-spec amenities, and is 200 yards from Leeds Railway Station.

Formerly known as Wellington Park House, the building was originally built in 1881 for Hepworth Tailors but was badly damaged by the Great Fire of Leeds in July 1906.
It was subsequently completely rebuilt and continued to be occupied by Hepworths until the 1920s.
