Plans lodged for 280,000 sq ft Sheffield scheme

EQT Real Estate is looking to build three industrial units on land at Parkway Works, off Kettlebridge Road, listing the snappily-titled holding company EEL VF IV UK C5 as the applicant.

The project team comprises Lichfields, UMC Architects, Weddles, ESC, Apex Transport Planning, Air & Acoustics Ltd, Tier Consult, and The Coal Authority.

Permission is being sought for the demolition of the existing building and construction of a 96,000 sq ft, 56,000 sq ft, and 130,000 sq ft warehouses, to include offices.

Vehicular access, yards, parking, footpaths, landscaping and drainage works are also covered.

Parkway Works is located to the east of Sheffield, around 4km from the city centre.
