Three lettings for West Yorkshire industrial hub

CBRE and Carter Towler are joint agents for Howley Park Estate, which is located at J28 of the M62 in Morley, Leeds, and owned by J Pullan & Sons.

The lettings total more than 62,000 sq ft, with the largest being Coptrin, who is expanding its warehousing and distribution space from 40,000 to 55,500 sq ft across three units on a 10-year lease.

Another expansion at the site is The Yorkshire Resin Co, which now occupies a 6,500 sq ft unit, also on a 10-year lease.

A new addition to the park is parcel delivery company DPD, which has taken a 19,000 sq ft unit.

Howley Park was originally acquired as greenfield land in the 1960s and has since then become a 170-acre industrial and commercial hub, with more than 700,000 sq ft of accommodation.

Other occupiers at the site include Asda, Balfour Beatty, and Springfield Training.

Bruce Strachan, property director at Pullans, commented: “These lettings reflect the strength of our prime motorway location, the quality of the space we offer, and the support available through our in-house design and fit-out team, who work closely with occupiers to deliver solutions tailored to their evolving needs.”
