Netcompany moves to 3 Wellington Place
The European consultancy firm is taking 8,400 sq ft at MEPC’s grade A office development in Leeds.
The transaction was overseen by fellow occupier Savills, who served as the appointed agent for Wellington Place.
Netcompany delivers a range of IT services, focusing on core systems and infrastructure solutions, and provides consulting and application maintenance services for both private and public sector organisations.
The Danish firm has relocated its 300+ team from its location at Greek Street in order to support its growth ambitions, as the company looks to expand its presence across Leeds and the North.
3 Wellington Place is also home to companies such as Buro Happold, Redmayne Bentley, and Evelyn Partners.
Richard Davies, country managing partner UK at Netcompany, said: “Relocating to Wellington Place marks a significant step in our growth strategy.
“As we continue to expand our UK presence, being part of a thriving business community is essential.
“The dynamic environment, access to collaborative networks, and high-quality amenities support our ambition to attract top talent, grow and succeed. It’s the ideal setting for the next chapter of our journey.”
Paul Pavia, head of development at MEPC, said: “As a global leader in digital transformation, Netcompany plays a crucial role in advancing businesses in an era of rapid digitalisation and their decision to join the Wellington Place community is a strong endorsement of the environment we’ve created, one that supports innovation, collaboration, and long-term growth.”
