The Rotherham-based developer and land specialist has expanded the banking syndicate behind its £275m revolving credit facility, alongside existing lenders NatWest, Santander and HSBC.

Announced at The Great North Summit in Leeds, the funding will be spread across the next 10 years and will support investment in areas crucial to regional growth, such as energy, transport, infrastructure, regeneration, and housing.

Partnering with the investment arm of the real estate company, the BTR developer is aiming to create a £2bn portfolio of family homes with initial seed capital of £400m.
