Turner & Townsend relocates to Sheffield’s Elshaw House
The firm will relocate from 1-3 East Parade to the Heart of the City development, taking 5,200 sq ft of the zero carbon workspace.
CBRE acted on behalf of Turner & Townsend while Colloco and LSH acted on behalf of the landlord, Sheffield City Council.
Located on Carver Street and next to the 3.5-acre Pounds Park, the company said that part of the attraction of the building was in its substantial ESG credentials and also, its grade A amenities, including a roof terrace, shower facilities, and a cycle storage.
The building has achieved a five-star BREEAM energy rating, an ‘excellent’ NABERS UK rating, and sits in the top 1% of office buildings in the UK for energy efficiency.
