Trio of Leeds appointments for Carter Towler
The firm has been appointed to manage the 31,000 sq ft St Albions and 19,000 sq ft The Granary in the city centre, as well as the 100,000 sq ft Temple House in Seacroft.
Owned by Glenbrook Private Clients, St Albions is a five-storey property in the middle of the city’s retail quarter, with tenants including PizzaExpress, Flat Iron Steak, Card Factory, Protocol Education, and Ten10 Solutions.
Formerly the Church Institute, the mixed-use building is also home to 2-Work, with Carter Towler enlisted to market the flexible working space and manage office refurbishment works.
Elsewhere in the city centre, The Granary sits in the South Bank area and adjoins the popular bar and pizzeria Water Lane Boathouse.
The grade two-listed warehouse is now a multi-let office owned by Lancashire-based Pitalia Real Estate.
Finally, further afield, a private client has brought the firm on to manage Temple House, with occupiers including Ninja Warrior UK, Beechwood Veterinary Group, Premier Martial Arts, and Virgin Media.
The entire top-floor office accommodation is currently vacant.
