Redical brings in Bradburn
Shopping destination Victoria Leeds has a new leasing director, with Rachel Bradburn, ex-retail leasing manager at Hammerson, joining the venue’s owner and operator.
Redical was launched by Mikko Syrjanen and Petteri Barman, co-founders of Aalto Invest and former co-heads of real assets and members of global executive committee at Man Group, and owns Victoria Leeds, The Liberty Romford, and Clayton Square in Liverpool.
In her time at Hammerson – the firm behind the Victoria Quarter – Bradburn introduced a number of new brands to the portfolio, including Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren and The Ivy. She has also worked with Milligan Retail.
Redical said that she will spearhead Victoria Leeds’ leasing strategy, with her primary role being to drive the destination forward and build on its ‘premium’ tag.
The firm has also hired Oliver Lloyd from Battersea Power Station for the liberty Romford pitch and added asset managers Javeria Hussain and Daniel Tucker.

Established in 2020, Redical bills itself as a tech-enabled owner and operator of shopping centres and urban mixed-use estates in the UK. Redical acquired The Liberty Romford and Victoria Leeds in 2022 and Clayton Square in 2021.
