- PAUL NELSON, BUTTRESS | Paul is a senior architect within Buttress’ residential team, with a passion for the application of sustainable design principles within residential and retrofit design. He has been involved in a number of high-profile sustainable projects, including the recently completed restoration of the Ancoats Dispensary into affordable housing and the development of Greenhaus, the largest Passivhaus affordable housing scheme in the North West.
- RICK LEE, ARUP |Rick is the Arup lead for retrofit for the North West & Yorkshire region. He is responsible for ensuring the regional teams have the skills and offer the services required to deliver complex retrofit projects now and in the future. This ensures Arup can meet the predicted increase in demand for retrofit projects to help clients meet their climate targets and wider climate commitments.
