Mileway lets 50,000 sq ft Leeds unit
The logistics real estate company has secured Prefabricated Solutions as its latest tenant at Norquest Industrial Estate on a five-year lease.
Gent Visick, Carter Towler, and Lambert Smith Hampton acted as agents on the deal for the property, which is located five miles to the south west of the city.
Specialists in offsite prefab modular building service units, the base is five times larger than its previous site.
Unit 20 is a warehouse with six metre eaves, ground floor offices, a secure yard, and five ground-level roller shutters across two elevations.
