Lovell appoints regional managing director
Alex Isted joins from sister company Morgan Sindall Construction and will lead in Yorkshire, the Humber, and Lincolnshire.
At Morgan Sindall Construction Isted established the North East and Cumbria business from its formation in 2022, Isted brings expertise in building teams, setting strategy in competitive markets, and working with public and private sector partners.
He will lead all operations, with responsibility for strategy, business development, people, and talent development, stakeholder relationships and delivering consistently high standards for partners and customers.
Lovell currently has ten live developments in Yorkshire and the Humber, with an aim to deliver 500 homes a year across a blend of joint venture, mixed tenure, and contracting schemes.

Part of the Morgan Sindall Group, Lovell has noted it is a critical time for housing delivery and is looking to strengthen its senior leadership team at this time.
