Hope moves to Park Hill

The architect firm is looking to expand and has chosen Urban Splash’s grade two-listed regeneration project as its Yorkshire base.

Hope’s office is located in phase one of the refurbished 1960s social housing scheme.

Hawkins/Brown and Studio Egret West worked on the design of phase one, which was nominated for the RIBA Stirling Prize in 2013.

The recently completed Phase 2, designed by Mikhail Riches, was shortlisted for the same prize last year.

The letting was handled by Tim Bottrill of Colloco.

The firm will retain its presence in Hope Valley.

Phil Cooper, director of Hope, said: “Having a new studio in Sheffield gives us fantastic opportunities for growth and recruitment as we continue to expand the business.”
