Design Tonic to take on Aire Park’s first office

The Yorkshire-based design company has been appointed as the build and fit-out partner for 6,500 sq ft of space at No3 South Brook Street.

Devonshires Solicitors is moving from Whitehall Riverside to Vastint’s 24-acre development, and will relocate in spring.

The office will be the first to be fit-out at Nos1 & 3 South Brook Street, the first completed offices at the development.

Working alongside Blue Bottle architecture, Design Tonic will include open-plan workspaces, sound-proofed meeting rooms, communal facilities, and incorporate a modern design.

Furnishings will be supplied by furniture design consultancy OW-N.

Speaking about the project, Design Tonic director and co-founder, Amanda Cook, said: “The development is an outstanding new mixed-use location providing an extremely high standard of office space and we are very pleased to be the team creating the first new workspace here.”

Vastint property manager, Hannah Rhodes, added: “It is hugely exciting for us to see Devonshires get underway with its re-location to Aire Park and be our first occupied tenants.

“The plans for its new office space are very impressive and we are looking forward to seeing Design Tonic’s highly skilled team bring them to life.”

Devonshires head of facilities, Sam Forman, said: “After a period of rapid growth, moving to a new home at Aire Park is a significant investment for the business.

“We are committed to providing an exceptional space for our people and our clients and one that will serve us for many years to come.”
