For the first time, Place Yorkshire is hosting a North Yorkshire-focused property and construction conference in York, held on 5 November at the Guildhall, with speakers from the York Central project team, York & North Yorkshire Combined Authority, Helmsley, and Scarborough Group among others.

Taking place from 8am-midday, the event will bring you all you need to know about York Central, with speakers from McLaren, Homes England, Arlington, and lead architect Allies & Morrison, among others.

Historic York isn’t being forgotten, with a panel lined up to discuss significant projects in the city and the challenges and opportunities faced with conservation projects, including speakers from Helmsley and Buttress.

Developments in the wider North Yorkshire region will cover the opportunities involved in the housing, regeneration, and industrial & logistics markets in the largest county in England.
