For the first time, Place Yorkshire is hosting a North Yorkshire-focused property and construction conference in York, held on 5 November at the Guildhall, with speakers from the York Central project team, York & North Yorkshire Combined Authority, Helmsley, and Scarborough Group among others.
Sponsored by Scarborough Group International and York Central, this event is set to be a cornerstone moment for the region’s development community and will shine a spotlight on the projects, partnerships, and people driving progress across North Yorkshire.

Taking place from 8am-midday, the event will bring you all you need to know about York Central, with speakers from McLaren, Homes England, Arlington, and lead architect Allies & Morrison, among others.
