VGP launches Sheffield industrial park

The European developer has chosen a site to the east of the city to deliver 265,000 sq ft of warehouse and office space, expected to be ready for occupiers from Q1 2027.

VGP Park Sheffield will be the company’s second UK site, following the recent announcement of its East Midlands park.

The brownfield site is four miles from Sheffield centre, near the A361 and J34 of the M1.

Units will be built to BREEAM Excellent standards.

Once built, VGP will manage the properties following its usual model of land acquisition through to asset management.

As it stands, VGP is still in the process of appointing a contractor and project team.
