Gunnercooke moves into West Village
The professional services firm is taking an 18-person serviced office at Bruntwood SciTech’s £20m development in Leeds, joining fellow occupiers insurtech firm QBE, Australian fintech PEXA, and tech training provider Northcoders.
gunnercooke is also relocating its Manchester headquarters into 16,000 sq ft of space at the soon-to-be-completed Pall Mall.
West Village was developed by Bruntwood in partnership with L&G, and offers 230,000 sq ft of grade A space in a tech and innovation driven environment.
The move signals gunnercooke’s intention to scale into future-ready environments, following new office launches in Chicago, Frankfurt, and a second London office this year.
It also continues to invest further in Yorkshire, adding 10 partners in the region over the last 18 months and providing legal advice in areas such as corporate, litigation, employment, intellectual property, real estate and family law.
