Design Tonic completes Leeds job for expanding Goodall Brazier
The recruitment firm has doubled its footprint at 1 East Parade to 14,000 sq ft, in a project also involving Nanu Group.
Commercial interior design & build specialist Design Tonic has now worked with Goodall Brazier three times on projects at the Leeds HQ.
The refurbishment was necessitated by the recruiter’s growth, including the integration of partner companies G&E Partners and Harris & Co into the Leeds office.
This expansion, co-conceptualised with Leeds design firm Nanu, has increased headcount from 140 to over 200 employees.
Goodall Brazier now occupies a total of 14,000 sq ft across two floors. In this latest renovation, Design Tonic has transformed 7,000 sq ft of ground floor space for the firm.
Features of the design include phone booths for private calls and video meetings, along with a luxury business lounge.
Goodall Brazier chief executive Richard Goodall said: “Design Tonic truly understands our vision for creating an exceptional workspace for our employees. Their team consistently delivers high-quality designs with meticulous attention to detail, perfectly aligning with our goals.
“As our business expands, providing the best possible environment for our people is crucial. Thanks to Design Tonic’s expertise, we’ve achieved just that. I’m thrilled with the results, and more importantly, so is our team.”
Established in 2018, Design Tonic specialises in creative interior design and project management for the hospitality, office, retail, and leisure sectors.
Founder and director Amanda Cook said: “We were thrilled to be appointed by Goodall Brazier and G&E Group again to work on its latest refurbishment project.
“It is a business that never stands still and is passionate about creating an outstanding high quality office environment for all to benefit from. We look forward to working on future projects with Richard and his team.”
