Keepmoat lodges plans for 47 Sheffield homes

Designed by architect 24 Three and with Johnson Mowat as planning consultant, all the houses would be affordable.

The development would consist of a four-storey, 16-apartment block and 31 houses on land in Woodhouse.

Located around seven miles to the east of the city centre, the site is to the north of Junction Road and next to the Sheffield-Lincoln trainline.

The apartment block would consist of one-bedroom apartments, while the remaining homes would consist of two- to three-bedroom houses.

Currently, the site is a vacant area of grassland and woodland.

An architect is involved in these? It looks awful.
