Completion reached on Doncaster 191
Main contractor Caddick Construction has finished work on the building within Unity Connect, one of the employment zones within Waystone Hargreaves Land’s masterplan close to Junction 5 of the M18.
Caddick delivered the project within the targeted 10-month build programme.
Known as Doncaster 191, the new unit occupies a 10-acre plot within Unity Connect. Knight Frank and JLL are marketing the scheme as joint agents.
Doncaster 191 comprises a steel portal frame unit with profile metal sheet elevations and roof, designed to accommodate modern occupier requirements. Internally, the property includes two floors of grade A ancillary office space and a 560kva power supply.
The building was delivered as part of a deal between joint venture developer Waystone Hargreaves Land and Aver Property Limited Partnership, a joint venture between Ergo Real Estate and NFU Mutual.

Unity Connect has outline planning permission for industrial and logistics space and forms part of a wider planning permission for 2m sq ft of commercial space and 3,100 homes across the Unity development site.
