Caddick closes on Leeds Valley Park completion

Six units offering a combined 300,000 sq ft will be handed over in November at a project forward-sold to Greater Manchester Pension Fund.

Caddick Construction is the contractor on the Leeds Valley Park South job, while sister company Caddick Developments remains as developer following GMPF’s acquisition.

Avison Young and Carter Towler are marketing the space.

Rob Oliver, principal at Avison Young, said: “Leeds Valley Park is in a fantastic, prominent location between the M1 and M621, with easy access to both motorways, and into Leeds.

“The units have been designed to the best modern standards and offer much improved facilities for companies looking to move from existing premises. Benefits in operational efficiency, energy efficiency and running cost savings, and staff retention and recruitment from being in a brand new unit, are often considerable.”

The scheme comprises units of 25,000 sq ft to 70,000 sq ft and would be available to occupy and relocate before Christmas.

Josh Holmes, director at Carter Towler, said: “We are able to accommodate a wide range of occupier enquiries. We are delighted with the level of enquiries received to date, and are in discussions with a number of parties, both local companies looking to relocate and new entrants to the area.”
