Wilton sells Cleckheaton office to occupier

The Leeds-based developer-investor has offloaded the 22,000 sq ft Lawrence House to Hub26, a combination of spa, gym and business centre.

Wilton acquired the building in 2000 with an existing tenant in occupation for 15 years. The building was handed back in 2015 and let to Wesco Aircraft Europe for 10 years. Wilton recently valued the asset at £1.5m.

The building became occupied by Hub26, founded in 2017 by Danny Maiden, combining business space and wellbeing services together under one roof.

Danny and the Hub26 team have built a strong and distinctive business from the property, bringing together workspace and wellbeing in a way that really stands out.
