The property industry in the North has been decidedly busy this past year, with numerous high-profile projects completing. But there were three in particular that dominated headlines.
Our editorial team from Place North West, Place Yorkshire, and Place North East came together to craft our list of the top three developments that completed this past year. With one representing each region, our list is a showcase of why the North’s property scene is well worth paying attention to.
Know that it has been a far from easy task, coming up with just three projects to highlight. We do throw out a few honourable mentions as well but there were loads of other schemes that were strong contenders. However, in the end, only three could be chosen.
