Trio of pre-lets at Bradford estate
Screwfix, Toolstation, and Howdens have taken three of five units in deals totalling 15,000 sq ft at Opus North’s recently completed site.
Located on Harrogate Road, the three-acre Eccleshill Park trade counter estate was developed by Opus North and investment company Leeds and London Group.
Carter Towler acted for the owners.
The site is on the A658, 4.5 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport and the remaining units 2 and 4 measure approximately 4,000 sq ft and 3,300 sq ft respectively.
Commenting on the scheme, Carter Towler associate director Hazel Cooper said: “The level of enquiries we have seen from the outset has been extremely encouraging, and securing three high-profile trade counter occupiers prior to completion is a great result.”
Alex Munro, director at Leeds and London Group added: “The development is in an excellent location and benefits from strong neighbouring occupiers, with Burger King, Lidl, and Starbucks already trading successfully on the adjacent site.”
