Logical Personnel Solutions takes top floor at Leeds’ Sovereign House
The recruitment provider has agreed a 10-year lease for the grade two-listed building with landlord The Northern Group.
The company has secured a 3,000 sq ft fully fitted office suite on the fifth floor of the South Parade property, at a rent of £31 per sq ft.
The deal was completed by Knight Frank, which handles lettings for the property alongside Savills.
Anthony Newbold of Northern Group said the company was pleased to welcome Logical Personnel Solutions to Sovereign House, adding that the building continues to attract growing businesses looking for high-quality office accommodation in Leeds.
City centre Sovereign House, which dates back to 1862 and was originally built for the Bank of England, currently has further grade A office space available to let.
Around 6,184 sq ft is available on the third floor and 5,305 sq ft on the fourth floor, with the remaining floors capable of being split to accommodate different occupier requirements.
The letting comes amid ongoing efforts across Leeds city centre to attract occupiers back into high-quality office space following wider challenges facing the commercial property sector.
